BioI am constantly on a diet. Maybe this will help me STICK to one.
The problem is that I am a compulsive overeater. Yes, that IS an eating disorder. And no, it has nothing to do with willpower.
I think it also has to do with my insulin resistance, but I'm taking my meds, I swear. -_-
